Returns Policy

Where the company can accept the return of goods, it shall be entitled to deduct from the original purchase price, an administration handling and restocking charge representing 25% of the price payable.

 

The Company shall only be bound to make an allowance for the original price of the goods and not for any subsequent increase in their listed prices.  This shall not apply in the event of goods that have been returned by the Purchaser under the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

Where the goods sold are of an electrical nature, the Company will not accept the return of such goods.

 

The Company will never accept the return of goods which it has ordered specifically to meet the Purchaser’s order unless the goods are damaged, mis-described or unfit for their purpose. Further to this, the company will not accept the return of goods which have been fitted, tampered with or show signs of use. 


The company cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been installed following correct procedure.

Drop-shipping Policy

Our website is a dropship only site. This means that we provide a service with our suppliers to offer their RRP. We do not keeps stock ourselves. All orders are taken and provided for our suppliers to send to the customer direct. We can only provide instant deliveries ordered with PayPal currently, as the website takes 3 working days for funds to clear on debit/credit cards. This will put a delay on any orders processed while our business is starting up and growing. Our lead time is approximately

7-10 working days on UK stocked parts. Please be aware of this before ordering, Thank you for you patience.

Event Policies

All our our events are run by volunteers and enthusiasts to provide our attendees the best experience possible. We run these events as a non-profit organisation in order to keep the costs at a minimum for everyone. Any promotional material, flags, banners or stalls has been purchased out of our personal funds to help the events grow.

 

All of our events are organised in keeping with the Health and Safety At Work Act 1974, the Equality Act 2010 and the Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015

 

Neither ourselves or the host venues are responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, persons or possessions howsoever caused at any event. All attendees are responsible for you and your families safety at all times whist on these sites.
