Hedin Parts and Logistics Open Day
March 2023
Our first event for 2023 and a first time vising Hedin Parts and Logistics. The distributor of Saab Genuine Parts in the UK.
The staff at Hedin Parts and Logistics was kind enough to open their doors to the Saab community, in the form of an open day at their warehouse. Everyone who attended was greeted with a goody bag, got to meet the staff and see the plethora of parts they stock to keep our brand on the road. With lots of items on sale on the day from screen wash to Griffin bumpers, NG 9-5 mirrors to service kits, there seemed to be something for every budget. Our stand had some great interest and with some fantastic examples of Saabs from all over the country there was plenty to look around. With a fully booked day, the weather held off to make this unique day go off smoothly for everyone who attended. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Wings and Wheels 2023
Our second event for 2023 and a second time vising Newark Air Museum.
What a spectacular event. It started out with convoys being run from Thurrock, Leicester, Norwich, Peterborough and Blyth. With Saab folk meeting up to travel into the venue together to give attendees an opportunity to grab a coffee and have a quick chat before heading into the museum in a line of like minded enthusiasts.
With over 170 Cars visiting this year. The sun was shining all day, which didn't help the photography team but was enjoyed by everyone else. We had Noob Tune and The Saab Clinic for any tuning advice and a few little tweaks for some of the lucky few. A bodywork specialist on hand for advice, displaying their own Escort Mexico Rally car, due to their Saab not being show ready to display just yet, along with Saabs Unleashed walking around creating another great YouTube video for those that missed the day, or just want to revisit this event. We also had our own merchandise stand and everything the museum offers along with Auto shenanigans wandering around having a chat with people too, It did not disappoint.
We had so many variant of Saabs attending from the very first to the last designs off the production line, this was everything from modified, concourse, daily drives and summer run arounds. With visitors from all over the UK ranging from Glasgow, Swansea, Dover and even 2 guys from Paris, France making the effort to come to this event, it is always absolutely humbling to see the effort people make to attend and seeing everyone smiling and having a great time.
